All you need to know about user management in happyhotel.
You can find the user settings in happyhotel at Settings > Users all users who have access to the hotel can be viewed. A prerequisite for this is that the user has the role Administrator. The administrator can view, edit, delete and invite users as shown in Fig. 1.
Warning: Each account is considered individually. Changes in multi property accounts do not affect the connected accounts.
User-Roles
There are different roles, where each role has different access rights and action options in happyhotel. Depending on the role and the associated permissions, individual areas in the tool are shown or hidden.The following table lists the roles and the allowed permissions:
