Set fixed prices or release prices (lock) when the autopilot is running

1. How do I activate Autopilot?

In the following video, I'll show you how to activate Autopilot:

Autopilot is not initially enabled, as the automatic processing of prices can lead to unwanted changes if it is inadvertently activated. The first release must be requested from one of our employees and then nothing more is required. Once enabled, Autopilot can be activated. You do not need to send a message for the enquiry. All you need to do is click on Autopilot. We will then be notified.

2. How do I deactivate Autopilot for certain days?

Surely you have a few days a year when you are really sure that you can charge a certain price here. You probably don't want Autopilot to interfere with that. There is of course a solution to this → 🔒 Set lock

To suspend Autopilot on some days, you must set locks for these days. There are two ways to do this:

a. Set fixed prices without changing prices:

To set fixed prices for a specific period, you can simply use the “Set fixed prices" function. I'll show you how:

b. Set fixed prices for a longer period, with the option of setting new prices:

If you want to suspend Autopilot for a certain period of time and set new prices, the ‘Adjust period’ function will help you:

c. Change, set fixed prices or cancel prices for individual days and rooms:

If you want to change prices, set fixed prices or unblock prices for individual and specific days, you can use the function directly in the price calendar. I'll show you how to do this here:

You can see how I simply click on the price and a window opens with all the prices for the day. It is important that you always tick the box for the rooms where you also want to change the prices.
