How do I create a multi-property account?

In this article you will learn how to analyse your hotel data from just one point!

Important information: The images can be enlarged by right-clicking them and then selecting ‘Open image in a new tab’.

A multi-property account is particularly important if you manage several hotels and have to keep an eye on both the revenue analysis and the analysis of other key figures at the same time.

There are two conditions that must be met in order to create a multi-property account: 

1- The user who wants to create the multi-property account must be registered as a user with the same e-mail address in all hotels.

2- The user must have ‘Administrator’ authorisations in all hotels.

 

Do you fulfil all the necessary conditions? Then we can now start to create a multi-property account.

1. Step → Go to the settings in any hotel where you are registered as a user.

2. Step → Under the ‘Hotel’ tab, you will find the ‘Create Multi-Property Account’ button. Click it.

 

3. Step → Give the multi-property account a name and click ‘Next’.

 

 

4. Step → Select the hotels to be added to the multi-property account.

 

 

5. Step → Select the authorisations for the users that exist in the hotels.

 

 

Now click ‘Create Multi-Property Account’. You will immediately be redirected to the multi-property account.
